is there provided transportation to & from the venue?

Answer

there will not be designated transportation, we encourage using ride share services - they are very available in the cities!

where do i park?

Answer

we strongly encourage using rideshare for transportation but if you are not planning on consuming please park in the shared lot in front of the building or along the side streets!

how do i get to the entrance of the venue?

Answer

there will be signage to help guide you - you can get to the venue through the doorway labeled “vandalia annex” or through the alley space near lake monster brewing

what time should i arrive for the ceremony?

please arrive between 4:30 & 4:45pm to allow for time to get seated - the ceremony will begin at 5:00pm

is it an open or cash bar?

Answer

we are doing a partially hosted bar - our cocktail hour (more like 2 hours) will be fully hosted then we will transition to just hosted beer / wine / diet coke! bring cash just incase :)

can i take photos during the ceremony?

we kindly ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony unless we have specifically asked you to :)

are kids invited?

if listed under your rsvp then YES - let us know if there are any issues or if you need anything for kids at the venue - the get ready space will double as a baby room during the reception! please leave strollers or carriers in the get ready space during ceremony & dinner!

how did we meet?

Answer

through milo's cousin ariel (love you!!!) ash & ariel used to work together at ESG, she kept saying ash needed to meet milo then on her last day she gave her milo's instagram (@meatloafandrice) which made ash giggle.... the rest was history!

what was our first date?

Answer

after instagram messaging and texting for a few weeks (ash was out of town) we braved a february snow storm and went restaurant / bar hopping in uptown! we each picked a place - ash picked french meadow, milo picked nightingale then we headed to mortimors where we talked & played pinball until bar close... the whole date lasted 8 HOURS!!
