Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes! We have a room block at the Holiday Inn Express in Newton. Please see travel tab for more details. *Must book before 6/30/23 to ensure discounted rate in room block.

Yes, semi-formal/cocktail.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at the Conservatory at the Sussex County Fairgrounds, and there is plenty of parking.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we'd love to have your kids attend, we will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle serving running from the hotel to the venue, and from the venue to the hotel at the end of the night. Please respond on your RSVP if using this service. Please be ready in the lobby of the hotel at 3:30pm if using the shuttle service to the venue. At the end of the night shuttles will depart the venue starting at 10:15pm. If not, please note that there are not many (if any) Uber's in this area. You are welcome to drive to the venue as well.

Are there any other events throughout the weekend?

Answer

There are no other formal events, but the newlyweds are planning to head to Pennings Farm Market the next day (Saturday 9/2) and would love for you to join! Likely around 1pm.
