A block of rooms has been reserved for our guests at a discounted rate for 10/27/2017 &/or 10/28/2017. Please reference the Group Rate Code "PMW" when calling or booking your room online. Please Note: In order to get the special group rate you must have your room booked no later than October 2nd, 2017. If you decide to book a room after the cutoff date you will have to pay the regular rate. Please Note: This hotel is approx. 22 miles / 30 minutes from the Venue If you call to reserve and they say the block has sold out please contact Carrie Pugh at 304-444-6432 so I can call to add more rooms to the group rate block.
