Our story began in the most unexpected way, through a simple swipe on a Christian dating app. The first time I saw Noah, I remember thinking how cute he was, especially holding a sweet little baby. What I didn’t know at the time was that baby would one day become my nephew. Even then, God was already weaving our lives together in ways we couldn’t see. We started talking on the app for a bit, but life happened and the conversation faded. A month later, we found our way back to each other on Instagram, and this time, Noah asked me on a date. After returning from Thanksgiving, we finally went to dinner together and it was everything I could have hoped for. Easy, natural, and full of a kind of peace that only comes from something truly meant to be. From there, our connection grew quickly. We spent more and more time together, laughing and learning each other. I met his family, and soon after, he met mine on Christmas Eve right before church. It was such a special moment, and seeing how naturally he fit in with my family made my heart so full. As our relationship deepened, we made the intentional decision to take a step back and focus on our individual relationships with God. It wasn’t easy, but it was necessary and it changed everything. That season strengthened our foundation in ways we’ll always be grateful for. When we came back together, it was with clarity, purpose, and a deep sense that God was guiding every step. He confirmed it in countless ways, showing us again and again that we were meant to walk this life together. And just seven months later, Noah got down on one knee and asked me to marry Him. Our story is a testament to God’s perfect timing, His faithfulness, and the beauty of doing things His way. We can’t wait to begin this next chapter as husband and wife, continuing to build a life centered on love, faith, and Him.
