A renowned Portland favorite, no frills, just a good classic waterfront diner. Make a reservation for Sunday morning, the wait is long otherwise due to popularity.
Marcy's Diner
Another classic diner, our favorite actually - a little less well known than Becky's but sure to satisfy, try the grilled muffin of the day!
The Porthole Restaurant & Pub
A large outdoor deck, cheap drinks, and live music, this a great bar/restaurant for larger groups to gather for a night out
Allagash Brewing Company
A must-do for beer lovers, Maine's most popular brewery, a little out of town but worth the quick ride over. Visit Definitive or Foundation Brewing in the same industrial park as well!
Goodfire Brewing Company
One of our favorite breweries, known for their sours. Also visit Lone Pine Brewery, Eighty Twenty Wines, Hi-Fidelity Brewing, Blue Lobster Urban Wines, Belleflower Brewing, Newscapes Brewing, Austin St Brewing, nd Rising Tide Brewing all within walking distance!
Novare Res Bier Cafe
Don't overlook this hole in the wall, with the largest draft selection in the city and a James Beard Award finalist, this bar is a beer lover's dream.
Oxbow Blending & Bottling
One of the best breweries in town, in our opinion. Be sure to check out the Frites Shack outside and get some Duckfat poutine!
