Millie and Tony met in 2018 at the Cowboy Marching Band’s freshman orientation. Millie was beginning her freshman year at Oklahoma State as the university’s Feature Twirler, and Tony was stepping into his senior year as the Drum Major. Sparks flew right away—but outside of practice, they kept their distance… until Tony orchestrated a very carefully crafted “run-in” that led to a friendship full of laughs and many OSU games. Their friends could see it from the start: these two were meant for each other. They were inseparable. But Millie and Tony didn’t officially start dating until October 31, 2018, after celebrating their first OSU Homecoming together. During their time at OSU, they lived just steps away from each other on Monroe Street—Millie at Chi Omega, Tony at Phi Delta Theta—until Tony graduated and moved to Dallas in December 2019. What followed was two years of long-distance (and lots of road trips to Stillwater) before Millie joined Tony in Dallas after her graduation in 2022. Since then, they’ve shared an apartment, a house, and now—most importantly—a very cute pup named Poppy.
