Question

Are kids invited to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We'd love them to come. We will provide them with a meal and there'll be lots of opportunities for them to dance and play games with everyone else attending. We will have a 'kids farewell' at 7:30pm after which time absolutely no fun will be had so kids can go to bed without worrying. Speeches will kick off at 8:30pm so it gives a parent enough time to take the kid home to bed and come back for some dancing if they wish.

What about COVID?

We will keep you updated as things get closer, but in the meantime, we ask that you remain fully vaccinated so that we can all keep each other safe whilst enjoying time together.

How do I book a babysitter in the area?

Answer

If you'd prefer to leave the kids at home, go for it. There are a range of babysitters available to book through this website: https://www.careforkids.com.au/babysitters/blueys-beach/2428 They are all local people who can come to your rental accommodation. Let us know if you're booking a babysitter and you'd like to be connected up to others staying nearby to share the cost and make it more fun for the kids.

Food at the reception

Answer

All food at the party will be vegetarian. Please let us know if you have any further dietary requirements through the RSVPs.

How do I get to and from the wedding ceremony?

Answer

There will be a charter bus to pick people up from a few central locations and deliver you to the wedding on Saturday afternoon. It will then pick you up, just before you turn into a pumpkin, and deliver you back to the central locations. These locations are: - The shops at Blueys - Mobys, at the southern end of Boomerang Beach - The surf club at Elizabeth Beach - The shops at Smiths Lake
