Please RSVP by August 2nd.
Dress Code: Western Semi-Formal Think sundresses and boots, hats that make a statement, or nice jeans paired with a sharp shirt. Whether you’re channeling your inner cowboy or cowgirl—or just aiming for ‘classy with a country twist’—wear what makes you feel most comfortable and ready to have a good time!
Rideshare options are limited in the area. If you plan on drinking, please arrange a designated driver ahead of time. We love a good party, but we love your safety even more!
Hayden isn’t exactly bursting with hotel rooms, so we kindly suggest booking your accommodations early—before Aunt Linda ends up in a tent. For lodging suggestions and more travel details, please visit our travel page.
We feel incredibly fortunate to have everything we need. While gifts are not expected, we’ve listed a few wants on our registry page for those who wish to give. Have something else in mind? Feel free to bring it to the reception—we’d love to receive it!
Kids Are Welcome! We’re delighted to celebrate with your whole family—kiddos included! That said, our ranch is home to many animals, and the guest list includes a few four-legged residents. While the animals are generally on their best behavior, they haven’t been formally trained in childcare. We kindly ask that you keep an eye on your little ones during the ceremony to ensure that both children and critters remain safe, happy, and free of any unexpected rodeo action.
Please Leave the Pups at Home We love dogs—truly, we do—but our ranch is already home to a full cast of four-legged characters. While our resident animals are generally friendly, they’re not quite prepared to host any canine plus-ones. To keep the peace (and avoid any impromptu farmyard drama), we kindly ask that you leave your furry family members at home for the celebration. Thank you for understanding!
