FAQs

Question

Can we stay at the Wedding Venue?

Answer

We have now sent the wedding list room to the Venue for the two wedding days. If you would like to stay at the venue their may be some availability on their website closer to the date.

Question

What should I do if I have any intolerances, preferences or allergies?

Answer

We have confirmed with the venue that we can provide plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options. However, please let us know directly, and we can contact the venue to ensure you are catered for.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to a limited space we are only able to accommodate guests that have been formally listed on the invitation. If you were given a plus-one, you will see this noted on your invite. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

We hope this will not be the case. However, our venue has a beautiful indoor space available to stay warm and dry, regardless of the weather.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We have advised the 1st of March 2026 on our wedding Invitations, since our wedding is taking place abroad, we kindly ask for RSVP's a bit sooner than usual. Please note, we can request extra rooms from the venue until September 2025.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We'd love for you to be fully present with us during the ceremony, so we kindly ask for no photos during this time. After the ceremony, please take as many pictures as you'd like.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

As we don't have a dress code - please wear whatever you feel comfortable in! That being said, since we'll be celebrating in Italy, we recommend lightweight, summer-friendly outfits to enjoy the day! Just one small request, please avoid wearing white, cream or ivory.

Question

What will be on the menu the day of the wedding?

Answer

We will be serving canapés after the ceremony while the Kane and Millie, along with close family and friends, have their photographs taken. This will be followed by two starter dishes: tortellini and risotto, and a main course of sirloin steak served with a three-pepper sauce and potatoes. The wedding cake will then be served. Alternative options will be available for guests with allergies or dietary requirements, including vegetarian choices.
