Where is the Ceremony?

The Ceremony will be held outdoors weather permitting.

Where is the reception?

Answer

Indoors at the Osprey’s at Belmont Bay, following the ceremony.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guest can start arriving at 3:30 pm. No guest will be allowed into the ceremony after 4:00 pm.

What if I am late?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4 pm. If you are late, you can wait in your car until the cocktail hour starts at 4:30 pm.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes, adequate parking is available onsite.

Can children attend the reception?

Answer

We love children. However, this is an ADULT-ONLY ceremony and reception except our ring bearer and flower girl.

Can I bring a plus one?

Only if it was explicitly mentioned in your invitation.

Is there a gift registry?

As we embark on this new chapter your presence is the greatest gift, but if you wish to contribute to our future together, a monetary gift would be sincerely appreciated. Please see our registry page.

Where should I sit?

For our ceremony, we kindly request that you pick a seat not a side. You are loved by both the groom and bride. For our reception, please refer to the seating chart to find your assigned table.

Open Bar or Cash Bar?

Answer

We will be having an open bar, so you can enjoy drinks without worrying about cost.

Can I take Photos/Videos

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged. We’d love for you to be present and engaged in our ceremony, so please keep your electronic devices out of sight and enjoy the moment.
