Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are requesting guests wear semi formal attire but to refrain from wearing white! Bright colors, florals and fun patterns are encouraged!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend looking at air b&b or VRBO to find accommodations close by (search Hammondsport/Pultney area). Or there is a Best Western in Hammondsport.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking and it is wheelchair accessible for those who are less mobile! The parking lot is right above and next to the space that will hold all of the events. Please note the ceremony will be in the grass but the area is flat

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kiddos, but we also know that parents deserve a night out without having to worry about caring for little ones. At this time we are only having a few choice children in attendance. Your invitation will indicate whether your little one is invited or not. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Those with plus ones will have indications on their invitation. Please don’t bring anyone unannounced, as there won’t be enough seating and the space has a maximum capacity that will be filled with our close friends and family.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are welcome to start arriving for the ceremony at 2pm. The bar will be open so grab a drink, enjoy the view and mingle! Please note the ceremony starts promptly at 3pm, guests who arrive after 2:50pm will not be permitted in the ceremony area so DON’T BE LATE
