HOW DO I BOOK MY STAY?

Answer

A group rate with airport transfers has been secured for you to join us on our special day. To attend our wedding all guests MUST book through our selected travel agent. The resort is very strict with this. To book, please contact Chandler Henderson at (662) 643 - 3620 via text with the following information: - Full Name - E-Mail - Travel Dates - Desired Room Category - Ideal Budget - Number of Travelers Once you provide her with the above information, she will be able to provide you with pricing options for accommodations. Chandler will be able to answers any questions regarding your room.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?

Answer

As soon as you know you'll be joining us, please reserve your room. We recommend you book your rooms now to ensure you receive the room type that you want. There will be other weddings during our stay, SO THE ROOMS CAN GO QUICKLY! When you book, the resort will only charge you $1 to reserve the room and you will be charged the total amount for the room 30 days prior to your arrival at the resort. Your room reservation is 100% refundable up to 7 days before your arrival.

DO I HAVE TO STAY AT FINEST RESORT?

Answer

Yes. Per the Resort Policy: All wedding guests must stay at the resort. Because the resort is highly secured, those who do not have room reservations are not allowed on the premises. If you want to join us for any or all events, please follow booking instructions.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE RESORT?

Answer

In order for the group rate to take effect, guests must stay a minimum of 3 nights. We are asking guests to join us January 9, 2025-January 12, 2025. However, you can book anywhere between January 8, 2025 - January 15, 2025, under our group rate.
