When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, we request that guests RSVP to the events as soon as they are able once the formal invitations have been sent out. However, the final date that RSVPs can be received is July 13th, 2026. After this date, unfortunately, we will have to mark anyone who has not yet responded as not attending.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We respectfully ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities in order to ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably at the venue. If you have been given a plus one, they will be specifically listed on the invitation and on the website when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are children welcome at the wedding?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, we have chosen to make this special day (ceremony and reception) an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our flower girl. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be greatly missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
Come dressed-to-impress! We encourage all guests to wear semi-formal/cocktail COLORFUL attire (please no white/black, excluding mens white dress shirts). For women this includes floor length gowns, tea-length, and midi dresses. For men this includes short sleeve or long sleeve button down dress shirts, nice polo shirts, and dress slacks. No jeans or sneakers please!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM CST, so all guests are encouraged to arrive by 4:00 PM CST to ensure that everyone is seated on time to start the ceremony. People who arrive late to the ceremony will be asked to wait to enter the ceremony site until the bridal party and bride have made their entrance.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside with shaded areas and seating available. The reception will take place indoors.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones, no cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I Do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! There will be camcorders being passed around provided by our photographers, feel free to take video clips throughout the night!

Will there be an open bar at the reception?
Answer
Absolutely! We want you to have the best time at our reception, so all the drinks are on us, as long as you're on the dance floor!

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Answer
If you check our "Travel" page, there are recommended hotels available. Onsite Glamping suites are available with a 10% discount. Be careful looking up locations near Center Hill Lake, as they could end up being hours away from the venue itself.

Will there be a shuttle to/from the venue to the parking lot?
Answer
There is a golf cart available if needed for those with mobility restrictions. Otherwise, it is a short walk and some stairs to the ceremony site.

4:30 - Ceremony begins 5:00 - Cocktail hour 6:00 - Reception begins 6:30 - Dinner is served 7:30 - Dancing 10:30 - Farewell

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Yes, there is free parking available at the wedding site. As you pull in, stay to the right and you''l be in the right spot. Carpooling is always appreciated to minimize the traffic to/from our wedding day.

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the closest airport, within an hour from our venue.

What is the weather and climate like in the area?
Answer
Warm and humid weather with an average daytime high of 89° and nighttime lows near 67°.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?
Answer
There will be a taco bar available for dinner with a variety of meats and toppings to build your own tacos!

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at: 609 Virtue Rd. Farragut, TN 37934. A wedding card box and small table will be available at our reception.

What colors are the bridal party wearing?
Answer
The bridal party will be in a mix of dusty blue, sage green, and tan. The bride of course, will be in white.
