Accommodations
Please book your rooms by October 18th in order to secure the discounted rate!
Shuttles will be provided to and from the wedding venue. Pick-up at the Residence Inn starts at 4:10 p.m. and the final pick-up for the ceremony will be at 4:45 pm. Return pick-up from the venue to the hotel will be provided when the wedding ends. There will be an early departure at 10:30 p.m. for whoever needs to leave before the reception is over.
You can leave your car in the venue parking lot overnight but at your own risk. We recommend using the shuttle transportation we will be provided.
