Please RSVP no later than Sept. 17th, 2025.
Cocktail or semi-formal attire. Suit jackets, tuxes, ballgowns, or formal dresses are not necessary at ALL! We want you to polish up your everyday look but still feel comfortable. We do advise against thin heels or sandals, as there will be grassy walkways and lawns throughout the venue. We recommend bringing a jacket and avoiding open-toe shoes or light fabrics, as Wisconsin tends to have chillier temperatures in October.
Ryan and I have chosen Maidenwood as we feel it reflects our lifestyle, personalities, and a shared love of nature, so please allow ample time for arrival, parking, last-minute bathroom breaks, and seating before the ceremony starts. We recommend arriving at 3:00 pm and invite you to slow down, breathe in the crisp fall air, and take in the gorgeous countryside around you.
Weather in Wisconsin can be a fickle thing, and while we hope for crisp fall weather with clear skies on our special day, there is a chance of clouds, rain, or light snowfall. Fall temperatures range from highs of 60° F during the day to lows of 40° F after the sun sets. If weather changes are drastic, the wedding will continue as scheduled, but will move indoors.
We will have light hors d’oeuvres following the ceremony as well as a hosted cocktail hour courtesy of the bride and groom. Once the hosted amount has been met, the bar will shift to a cash bar. Please bring cash to tip your bartenders and tip them well! We ask you to select ONE of the two food options provided in your RSVP as your dinner meal and to please refrain from changing your option prior to the wedding day, as only the quantity RSVP’d for each meal option will be prepped.
You will be able to RSVP for yourself only, unless a plus one is explicitly stated by name in your RSVP. Please do not RSVP for a plus one if they have not been named or bring unannounced guests on the day of.
We have created our online registry through Zola, which can be found in the “Registry” tab of this website.
If your child has been included in our guest list, their name will be explicitly stated in your RSVP. Please refrain from bringing any additional guests that have not been stated in your RSVP.
