When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP before October 1st.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space constraints at our venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed on your invitation. If your invitation says “& Guest,” then yes! Otherwise, we look forward to celebrating with just you.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 3:30 PM to find your seat and enjoy the farm views before we say "I do."

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Early November in North Florida is usually beautiful! Expect a high of around 74°F during the day and a dip to 55°F in the evening. Our ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors, and the reception is in an open-air barn. We recommend bringing a light jacket for when the sun goes down at 5:30 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Dressy Casual: Cool tones and neutrals preferred. (No solid greens or pinks, please!)

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We’ve hired an incredible photographer to capture the moment and we’d love to see your faces rather than your phones! Once we get to the cocktail hour and reception, please feel free to take as many photos as you’d like. We will also provide a QR code to upload and share photos from the reception.

I have a dietary restriction, what should I do?

Please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP through this website so we can ensure our caterer has a delicious meal ready for you!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have not reserved a formal room block, but there are several great hotels within 15-20 minutes of All4One Farms. We recommend the hotels located off Chaffee Road, such as: Fairfield Inn & Suites (Jacksonville West/Chaffee Point) Holiday Inn Express & Suites (Chaffee-Jacksonville West) Hampton Inn & Suites (Jacksonville I-10 West) For a more local feel, check out Airbnbs in the Macclenny or Middleburg areas!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! All4One Farms has plenty of on-site parking. Follow the signs upon arrival, and the venue staff will help guide you to a spot.
