We met during the height of COVID in 2020 and despite the uncertainty of the world around us, something felt certain from the start. We had our first date in Ventnor, NJ on September 3rd, 2020. We quickly connected over so many things and discovered we had a lot in common. We spent the whole night bonding over shared experiences, our love of food, and—of course—Philly sports. Being together, everything felt easy. Over the next few months, we learned so much about each other during that time—especially how much we both value family, loyalty to our friends, and the causes and ideas we’re passionate about. Most of our time was spent exploring Philly and Ventnor. Whether we were riding bikes on the boardwalk, doing carpool karaoke, or simply talking, our time together was always the highlight of the week. Eventually, we both moved to New York. At first, we lived separately, but a year and a half later, we moved in together, starting our first (albeit small) home on 29th Street. In 2023, we got a change of scenery and moved to Central Park South and got our puppy, Ollie. This opened up a new experience we looked forward to almost daily: our explorations in Central Park, together. While some people thought he might propose during one of our many trips, David chose one of the places we cherish most together—Central Park. After more than five amazing years filled with fun, family, friends, travel, ups and downs, and LOTS of food, we know we’ve found the best friend in each other. Raising a puppy, exploring New York City, eating amazing food, traveling the world, and sharing in our endless joys; all are better when we do it together. Every moment we spend together is a blessing, and we’re so excited to celebrate our wedding day with all of you! ❤️ David & Michelle
