Question

Where can I find your registry?

Answer

Our registry is available under the “Gift Registry” tab. Just click the link, select an item, and follow the instructions to purchase. Be sure to mark the gift as purchased to help avoid duplicates. Gifts can be brought to a shower, the wedding, or shipped directly—our address will be provided to you when you click the item to purchase.

What should I wear?

Answer

Attire will be semi-formal. Please wear something that is dressy but also comfortable considering the summer weather. For ladies : dresses; gentlemen: collared shirt and nice pants, etc. No jeans please! The ceremony is outside and the reception is indoor and there will be air conditioning.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 10th through this website, navigate to the RSVP tab or click the RSVP button on the home tab. Search your name (spouse’s name, if applicable, will be attached). If you have any trouble, feel free to reach out to us directly. You can also navigate to the RSVP tab if your plans change and you or your guest(s) can(not) make it. If this happens, please be sure to contact us directly ASAP.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Walnut Hill Farm - Conservatory Barn; this is the smaller barn at the venue. When you pull into the venue, please continue past the initial barn to find where the event is taking place. Visit https://www.walnuthillfarmgeorgia.com/conservatory to see our beautiful venue!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, with the reception indoors. We recommend dressing light for the ceremony as it is outside. Elderly may stay under pavilion outside during the ceremony if needed.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to put phones away during the ceremony so everyone can be present in the moment. Don’t worry—we’ll have a professional photographer capturing everything and you can take photos during the reception. We would also love for you to stay until the end for the send off!

What happens between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Guests can enjoy coffee and refreshments from a coffee cart while we transition into the reception space.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, free parking is available on-site.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating.

Will there be a guestbook?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a special guestbook station with a Polaroid camera, tape, and space for you to leave a photo and a note. We’d love for each guest to snap a picture, add it to the book, and share a memory, wish, or piece of advice. It’s a fun and meaningful way to help us remember everyone who celebrated with us.

What’s the terrain like at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will be held on grass, so we recommend block heels, wedges, or flats for comfort. Reception will be indoors.
