What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time to park and get settled. To keep the ceremony running smoothly, we kindly ask that guests arrive on time, as late arrivals will not be admitted once the ceremony has started.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available onsite, though space is somewhat limited. If you’re staying at the hotel, we encourage you to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle. You’re also welcome to leave your car overnight and ride the shuttle back—we just ask that vehicles are picked up in a timely manner on Sunday.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If a plus-one was extended, you’ll see their name or 'Guest' when you RSVP. We kindly ask that only those invited attend. Thank you for understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see everyone in their Sunday best! Keeping things simple and comfortable! Think dressy casual — a step up from jeans. Sundresses, nice tops, polos, button-downs, khakis, or casual dresses are perfect. No need for formal wear, just come looking neat and celebration-ready! We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream colors.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour and dancing will be outdoors (weather permitting), with dinner taking place inside the venue. Please note the property includes gravel, pea rock, and grass, so we recommend choosing footwear accordingly (or bringing a backup pair just in case). Also, since this is the Midwest, the weather can be unpredictable — it may be hot during the day and cooler in the evening. We suggest checking the forecast and dressing in layers so you’re comfortable throughout the celebration!

Is smoking allowed on the property?

Answer

The venue does not allow smoking anywhere on the property, and we may be charged fees if there is any evidence of it. However, vaping is permitted outdoors. We appreciate your help in respecting the venue’s policy!
