For travelers heading to Poggibonsi, we recommend flying into Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport (FLR), which is conveniently located just 45 minutes from the city. If you're open to alternative routes, Rome Airport (FOC) is approximately 3 hours away by car or train. From either airport, you'll find multiple transportation options including buses, trains, and private car services to help you reach your destination comfortably and efficiently.
Complementary accommodations will be provided September 13-16th. When you RSVP please indicate if you will be accepting the accommodations, or staying on your own!
If you prefer alternative accommodations, you'll be responsible for arranging your own lodging and transportation to and from the wedding venue for all events.
Transportation to our welcome party and wedding will be provided via shuttle for guests staying at our complementary hotel. If you plan to stay elsewhere and rent a car, please contact us in advance to confirm parking availability.
If you're considering transportation options, we recommend renting a car. While our wedding events will provide a convenient shuttle service to and from the villa for the welcome party and wedding, the countryside location means Ubers and rideshares are limited. Renting a vehicle will give you the flexibility to explore nearby cities and easily book local activities that require independent transportation.
Check in to the villa is between 4-7pm September 13. Early check in is not allowed. Check out is by 10am September 16th. There is no late check out allowed.
Dress Code for Casual Event: Elevated casual attire is perfect for our pre-wedding pizza party. Think stylish yet comfortable—a chance to relax and enjoy each other's company before the big day. Dress Code for Wedding Day: Our wedding celebration calls for formal attire, giving you the opportunity to dress up and shine alongside us as we say "I do."
Due to limited venue capacity, we kindly request that only invited guests attend our wedding and welcome event. We encourage other family and friends to join you on your trip, even if they cannot be present at the wedding itself.
Room assignments will be coordinated based on the venue's capacity and layout. We'll reach out to you personally with specific accommodation details once we have a complete count of attending guests. The hotel is located 2 miles down the road from the venue space and each location has a beautiful pool for guests to enjoy during the day.
We'll provide a pizza party on the 14th and a reception dinner following the wedding ceremony on the 15th. Beyond these meals, additional activities and expenses will be the responsibility of individual guests.
