When should I RSVP by?

RSVP by August 1, 2026. Kindly respond by this date so we can finalize our plans.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

What is cocktail attire?

Answer

Our wedding will be cocktail attire. For men, this may include suits or dress shirts with slacks. For women, cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy outfits are perfect! Please avoid shades any shades white.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend staying at the Comfort Inn New River as we have rooms reserved for our guests. The blocks are under “O’Donnell Wedding”. We have also included other options as well! There are also multiple AirBnB’s available within minutes from the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but our guest list is set based on the names on the invitation. If your invite included a plus-one, they’re already on the list and ready to party with us! If not, we hope you’ll still come ready to dance, laugh, and celebrate with us. Thanks for understanding, we can’t wait to see you!

What about children?

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children in the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding.
