Why did the Venue Change?

Answer

-Due to both hurricane Helene and Milton's destruction throughout the area, both the Bellwether Beach Resort and it's sister hotel the Beachcomber, received too much damage to be able to open and accommodate our guests as well as our event. -The venue holding our wedding will be the Sirata Beach Resort, it's right down the road from the previous venue and will not impact your flight or travel plans.

How do I Cancel my Reservation at the Bellwether or Beachcomber?

Answer

Rooms will automatically be cancelled and you will receive a cancellation confirmation including the refund process. If you do not receive a cancellation email please reach out to - reservations@bellwetherbeachresort.com - reservations@beachcomberflorida.com

How do I Book at the Sirata?

Answer

Please call the Sirata Reservations line at 855.344.5999 Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm and mention that you are a part of the Miller - Medeiros Wedding Room Block. If you book any other way, you will not receive the complimentary Resort Fee and Parking.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our event is Semi Formal -Cocktail Attire, suits are expected, cocktail dresses are welcome. Just a reminder for our female guests, the Ceremony is on the beach and you may want to wear shoes that are easily removable.

What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the Ceremony begins. We will not be waiting for any guests that are not on time and not seated at 4:15pm, it is a Sunset Ceremony and the sun goes down quickly. -If you are not staying at the Sirata please give yourself plenty of time in case of traffic-

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than October 1st! Please send back the RSVP card before October 1st or RSVP here on the website!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have a plus one their name will be included on the envelope of the invitation. If their name is not included or specified otherwise you will not be able to bring a guest.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love our little family members, kids will not be included on our special day.
