What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4pm. Please arrive between 3:30-3:45pm.

No.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same site?

Answer

Technically no. The ceremony will be held on the golf course at 557 Oak Vista Court. The reception will take place at the clubhouse down the road at 7025 Oakmont Drive.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at both locations. And if need be, cars can be left overnight.

What's on the menu?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet-style which will include green salads, pasta salads, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, chicken, salmon, and beef. Hot and cold appetizers will be served during cocktail hour.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please! The sooner the better.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Only during cocktail hour. A cash bar will be open during the reception. Wine will be provided during dinner.
