Can I bring a date?

Answer

All invited guest will be listed in the formal invitation. In our invitations there will be an RSVP card that has the number of seats we have reserved for you or your party. Although we would love to accommodate everyone, it unfortunately is not possible, so we would love to keep this day to our closest friends and family.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

There will be free parking at Lost River and there will be two golf carts to take people from the parking lot to the ceremony spot. It is not a very far walk to the cave entrance, but it is there for those who need it. We will not have any transportation to and from the venue itself.

Are the ceremony & reception located at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony will be right outside of the cave entrance and for our reception we will enter the Cavern Nite Club located in the mouth of the cave.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Due to our location our guest cannot arrive before 6pm. However, we ask that you arrive no later than 6:20pm so that we can ensure our timeline for the night remains on schedule!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be located outdoors. The cave does stay the same temperature all year and will be about 65°F.
