Where can I park?

Answer

There will be limited parking at the Bartlett Arboretum, but if you arrive early you may find a spot. Overflow parking can be found at Scofield Magnet Middle School, 641 Scofieldtown Rd. Stamford, CT 06903. There will be a path marked with signs from the school that goes directly to the event. ***The path from the school is about 10 minutes walking at a steady pace, and will have loose stones and sticks and one slope down through the woods. It is a clear path, but please use your best judgment when selecting footwear! Anyone unable to walk that path can be dropped off right outside the silver education building if needed.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

This is not a formal wedding, so anything for a casual spring/summer wedding is perfect. Feel free to dress up to the nines if you like, but that is not a requirement to celebrate with us! We do ask that you avoid jeans, t-shirts, or sweatsuits as there will be photos. Keep in mind this will be outdoors on uneven terrain, and we ask that you do not wear thin heels like stilettos. Flat shoes or shoes with thicker heels are acceptable though :)

What is the rain plan?

Answer

In the event we experience some weather, we will be indoors in the educational building that is next to the outdoor area. If it's a light drizzle that is temporary, we will have a few umbrellas, but please bring your own just in case!

Answer

We are happy just to have you join us on this special day, but if you wish to give a gift, we ask that you use our registry link to contribute to our newlywed fund, as we have a home with everything we currently need.
