When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by September 13, 2025.

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your absence on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered here on Zola and through Amazon.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

With our ceremony starting at four o'clock, we ask that our guests arrive 30 minutes prior, at three thirty pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to dress up with us in formal or cocktail attire! Fall colors and florals encouraged.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, we can only incorporate the individuals listed on your invitation.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions or allergies so we can best accommodate you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking on site.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will be held outside! Weather can be unpredictable in October in Virginia - ladies you may want to bring a light shawl or jacket. The cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor around the manor house, with the ceremony being under a tent.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Answer

Yes, all wedding events are in one location.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Due to our guests not all staying in the same hotel, we have opted to not book transportation. There is ample parking at the venue, in addition to Uber and Lyft.
