What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you'd like to participate in the blessing of the rings please arrive before 3:30. Otherwise, please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony start so you can find your seat without rushing. If you do plan to take the shuttle from the hotel to the venue, please see the shuttle schedule below.

What is the shuttle schedule to get to the wedding and when are they returning to the hotel?

Pick-Up at The Hilton Garden Inn 1st shuttle - 3:00pm 2nd shuttle - 3:30pm Return Shuttle to The Hilton Garden Inn 1st return shuttle - 8:00pm 2nd return shuttle - 9:00pm 3rd (FINAL) return shuttle - 9:45pm

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes. We've arranged a shuttle service from the hotel to the ceremony / reception to hotel if you're staying at the hotel for your conveinence. Shuttle times will be posted as soon as we have a complete guest count.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. There is a parking lot behind The Lincoln Loft.

What's the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 25, 2026 so we can finalize our arrangements.

Are children invited to the ceremony / reception?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, we've chosen to make our ceremony / reception an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children participating in the ceremony.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes - and we'll have plenty of signature cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to put phones away during the ceremony, then snap away during the reception.

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift! But if you'd like to give something, we're registered at Zola, Target & Amazon.
