When should I book my hotel?

Are kids invited?
Answer
We love our little ones! However, we decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus-one they will appear when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Is there transportation to/from the venue?
Answer
There will be a complimentary shuttle service transporting to and from Villa Bellezza and the Red Wing Hotels.
Question
Is there parking on site at Villa Bellezza?
Answer
Yes, there is both a parking lot and grass lot that is available. You may also park overnight if needed but must have your car removed by noon on Saturday.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held outdoors under a pavilion. Cocktail hour will be a mixture of indoor and outdoor seating. The reception will be held indoors in the great hall.

What is the dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is formal/cocktail attire.
