Question

Are there any traditions that I should know about before coming to the wedding?

Answer

We’re excited to include a few traditions that are meaningful to us and our families. We can’t wait to share them with you! Pittsburgh Cookie Table: We’ll be celebrating with a classic Pittsburgh Cookie Table! This beloved tradition features a table filled with homemade cookies baked with love by family and friends. It’s a sweet way to share a piece of community and hospitality—so be sure to grab a plate and try a few (or a lot)! Dollar Dance: We’ll also be including a Dollar Dance during the reception. During this tradition, guests are invited to take a quick turn on the dance floor with the bride or groom, one at a time. It’s a fun, lighthearted moment in the evening and a special way for us to share a few seconds with so many of the people we love.
