Welcome to our forever After

In the summer of 2010, I started working at the same Baptist Urgent Care as Laura. Throughout my first few weeks I kept on hearing from our coworkers about how much I would love working with a girl named Laura. It was not intended in a romantic way, everyone just genuinely seemed to love her because of who she was. Finally the day came, she had just returned from a family vacation and was like a ray of sunshine in that urgent care. I instantly knew there was something really special about this Laura girl everyone spoke so highly of. We instantly hit it off, spending hours that day sharing stories and enjoying laughs. Some time later, I (Laura) came in for my shift desperately asking for days off to attend a church retreat. I asked David if he was able to cover the days for me to which he replied that he would only cover those days if I agreed to go out for ice cream with him once I returned. Without giving it much thought, I agreed to the deal. When I returned from the retreat, I decided to cash in on my ice cream and we made plans to hangout. We never had ice cream lol. Instead, on July 6, 2010 he invited me to hangout at a park near his house. As the summer went on, David and I continued to spend more and more time together and our friendship soon became something quite indescribable. Now, almost nine years later, our bond continues to flourish as we've watched each other grow. We've become dog parents, completed our education, started our careers and celebrated our love across nine countries. With every passing day we realize just how lucky we are to have found each other. Celebrating the love we feel for one another will mark another unforgettable milestone that we get to fulfill in our lifetime together. In God's hands we put our love, health and prosperity. May he watch over us and protect us, guide us and help us find peace amongst any trouble. We are truly ecstatic to say I DO! Est. 9/23/2010
