Chicago Metra

We highly recommend utilizing Chicago's Metra (suburban commuter) rail to pop into the city while visiting! The Lisle stop is on the BNSF line, which starts and terminates at Chicago's Union Station, just west of the Loop. A 1-day pass is $7.00-$14.00, depending on the date used. Chicago Transit Authority (The 'L' trains)

We highly recommend utilizing the CTA (Chicago Transit Authority) to get around the city while visiting! The famous "L" trains (elevated trains) and buses can get you just about anyway on the cheap. Single ride and day passes are available at the kiosks in all subway stations.
