Campfire
8:00 pm
Attire: Come as you are!
Join us the night before the festivities around the fire pit and get to know everybody. The inn will provide beer, wine, seltzer and s'mores! Please come with dinners eaten.
Saturday, August 3, 2024
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Formal attire. This will be taking place on grass so be mindful with your shoe selection.
The ceremony will be taking place next to the beautiful Lake Wononskopomuc which is a 5 minute walk from the main building. Golf cart shuttles will be available. Rain location is The Hotchkiss School Chapel right down the road. We will update our guests 3-4 days in advance if we move to this location.
Cocktail Party
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Please enjoy some Hors d'Oeuvres and cocktails and get to know one another : )
Reception
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The reception will be held indoors. Guests will enjoy a sit-down dinner with an open bar. There is of course, a dance floor!
After Party
10:00 pm
The party continues! Guests are invited to stay for an after party where late night food and additional drinks will be served until 1:00 am.
