When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras put away during the ceremony. We’ve hired a photographer and videographer to capture the moment and would love for you to be fully present with us.

Can I bring a guest?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally listed on your invitation.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Where do I park for the reception?

Answer

We are pleased to offer complimentary valet parking for all guests! Please refer to the picture under the Parking tab. Upon arriving in downtown Aurora, please proceed to Stolp Avenue (near the Paramount Theatre) to join the valet line. Signage and attendants will be available to guide you. Valet service ends no later than 10:30 PM. After the final key call, keys may be retrieved from the North Island Center Atrium. Cars must be moved within 30 minutes following the conclusion of the reception.

Will I be able to check my coat?

Answer

We won’t have a formal coat check, but there will be a designated spot to hang coats. It won’t be secured or monitored, so please leave items at your own discretion.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be providing an open bar during the reception. Please celebrate responsibly and plan accordingly.

How do I share dietary restrictions?

Please note any dietary restrictions when completing your RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate all needs.
