If you are flying out of an airport that is not Memphis or Jackson, please look for flights that depart Friday, May 12, 2023, and return on Sunday, May 14, 2023. Group Information for booking: Group Name: Miles - Moore Wedding Group Code: VP3MMW3 Reservations Department Call- in #:(877) 603-4389 Each guest is responsible for making their reservations with Paris Las Vegas. Make reservations through the hotel's Reservations Department or the provided online web link by Wednesday, April 12, 2023. To avoid a $15 call center processing fee, please instruct your group to use the web link when possible. A deposit (first night's room and tax) is required at the time of registration. The remaining night's room and tax will be due at check-in. There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for individual reservations. A full refund is provided for any reservation canceled 72 hours before arrival. All no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Any reservations made after the cut-off date are subject to availability and will be added at the current public rate.
Travel Note
The website defaults to the first day of arrival; guests must choose their check-in and check-out dates. When opening the group website, it defaults to one night. Please EDIT the dates, select your arrival and departure dates and click UPDATE. Our registration cut-off is Wednesday, April 12, 2023. Please make sure to book your rooms before then! Check-in time is 4:00 pm; Check-out time is 11:00 am. An early check-in fee may apply at the front desk. Upon check-in, each guest will be responsible for showing a valid ID and providing payment for any outstanding balance. All room rates contained within this agreement are subject to applicable OCCUPANCY ROOM TAX, currently (13.38%), and a $ 45.95 RESORT FEE per room per night (also taxed at 13.38%). Resort Fees will include daily internet (for two devices), fitness center access (for two guests), and all local calls. Rates are based on one or two persons per room. An additional charge of $30 per night will be added for the 3rd guest, and $ 30.00 per night will be added for the 4th guest (plus applicable taxes). Maximum Occupancy in one room is four. Shuttle

The charter bus service will begin loading around 3:15 to arrive at the Sure Thing Chapel at 4:15. From the chapel, the bus will transport guests to the after-party! At 10:00 pm, the shuttle will load and drop guests back at the hotel!
