We respectfully request no children under the age of 12 at the event.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. No outside drinks are permitted.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal, offered as a guide for those who find it helpful when selecting attire. Our color palette is espresso brown, olive green, and burgundy, offered as inspiration. Celebration Style: elegant, joyful, and primarily outdoors with our favorite people.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

In the event of rain, we'll move the ceremony into the barn, or we may wait for the weather to pass, depending on the conditions.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Yes, please feel free to take as many photos as you like throughout our wedding celebration!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available on site for both the ceremony and reception. You're welcome to leave your vehicle overnight, but please arrange to pick it up by 2 pm on Saturday, the 5th at the latest.

Smoking on site?

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas throughout the venue, which accommodate both traditional cigarettes and e-cigarettes.
