Question

Should I rent a car while I'm in Kentucky?

Answer

It's up to you! If you're flying into Lexington (LEX), you're very close to downtown where all the activities are. If you're flying into Cincinnati (CVG) or Louisville (SDF) (or want to explore the area while you're here), we would recommend it! Note: The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all taking place inside Limestone Hall so transportation is not needed between venues. Transportation to and from the venue will be at guest discretion. Uber, Lyft and taxis are recommended options.

Question

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

There's a reason we chose an October wedding in Kentucky. The fall colors are vibrant, the weather is sunny but cooling down, and the community is buzzing with excitement for horse racing and sports. We're so excited for you to visit at this time!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Absolutely! The ceremony and reception will take place in Limestone Hall where guests will find two elevators for use.

Question

I have a dietary restriction. Will I be accommodated?

Answer

It is very important to the couple that dietary restrictions are accommodated as much as possible. Many options are currently gluten free and vegan, however, if you have additional requests, please contact Catlin at catlinconley@gmail.com at the time of confirming your attendance.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party, bride's family and groom's family, will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour.”
