We’re getting married! ❤️

It all started in the most unexpected place, a Zoom class! We met during our Ethnic Studies course, both tucked behind our screens, not knowing that something life changing was about to begin. We were both drawn to each other wanting to know more. So… Milca made the first move. Sending Riley a private message complimenting his project and asked for his email. From there, everything started unfolding naturally. Our first date was just about a week later. We met up and walked around Lake Merced, talking, laughing, and slowly stepping into something that already felt special. Since then, we’ve built a relationship full of cozy nights, movie marathons, baking experiments, and games that bring out our competitive sides. We’ve been a safe space, a teacher, and a person who helps us see so many beautiful things about ourselves. We came into each other’s lives at a time when we truly needed it the most; and from that moment on, we’ve never questioned that we were meant for each other. We’re always growing, always learning, and always excited to try new things together, whether it’s a new recipe, a new adventure, or just a new way to laugh. 1 Corinthians 13:4-5 ~ “Love is patient, love is kind.
