When should I RSVP by?

Please let us know asap if you will be attending! The RSVP deadline is October 1st, 2025.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We do not have a registry, your attendance is our gift! However if you'd like to bring a gift of money we will have a small honeymoon fund box at our welcome table along with a card box (:

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our Ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 in the afternoon, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to ensure you're seated and comfortable before the ceremony begins!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our dress code is semi-formal cocktail attire! We would absolutely love to see our guests dressed to impress! Have something you need an excuse to wear? Bring it out!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we would love to celebrate with our friends and families little ones, our venue is very limited on space. We have decided to opt for a childfree wedding ceremony and reception, we hope you understand!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have a block of rooms reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Youngstown (Milarcik / Root Wedding) Please reserve before September 25th to receive the discount! There are other hotel options within the area a few to list are: Hampton Inn Youngstown/Boardman, Fairfield Inn & Suites Youngstown/Austintown, Home2 Suites by Hilton Youngstown West/Austintown

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

If there are any allergies please let either the bride or groom know asap! We will accommodate!
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
The ceremony and reception are all at the same address. There is complimentary parking for guests on site and cars can be left overnight at the lot.
Question
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors at the Gazebo. This will be on grass so pointed heels may sink! Our cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors at the Daniel L. Rossi Auditorium which is located on the second floor of the Fellows Riverside Gardens building.
