She says: "Brian and I knew of each other in high school, but ran in different circles so our paths hardly ever crossed. After we both graduated from college and I moved back home I got a friend request on Snapchat from a user name I didn't recognize. Naturally, I ignored it for a few months until I figured out it was from Brian and finally added him. After a few weeks of leaving him on read (oops), I finally replied to his thanksgiving snap with the help of a few glasses of wine. :) I realized how funny this "quiet" kid from high school was and thought that maybe this could be something. Her being a social butterfly, school involved enthusiast and me being a quiet, lowkey sarcastic, skinny water polo player. Years passed and I decided to go out on a limb and snapchat the girl who I felt was out of my league but I thought, “Let’s just see what happens here". After numerous failed, opened snapchats with no reply, I got lucky and she decided to take a shot on the skinny kid from high school. A Chipotle burrito first date and a few Doghouse brews (and celebratory patron shots) later, I knew she was the one I wanted to spend my life with.”
