When you RSVP, please answer ALL questions for each event to share your preferences and help us organize accommodations and meals. There is unfortunately no way to mark the questions as required, but they are so please answer them!
It depends on the final headcount. We think we are going to have a few too many guests than can comfortably fit at the White Lodge, and don't want to ask people to triple up in a room unless enough people are ok with it. Also, some may prefer more secluded luxury away from all the party action. Or prefer slightly cheaper accommodations than the all-inclusive WL. So we will make a final decision on the Airbnb based on the final headcount and preferences.
2 nights, Friday 5/16 and Saturday 5/17, are required to help us cover the cost of the buyout. You also have the option to stay additional nights; we encourage you to stay Sunday night as well so we can have a groovy pool party all day! But we understand if you have to leave Sunday. Please answer ALL questions when you RSVP, if you are planning on staying more than 2 nights, we will work that out with the White Lodge or Airbnb ASAP for you.
You are paying for lodging first off. Additionally the White Lodge is all inclusive for food, but it's really important that we host you on Friday and Saturday, so we've worked with the team there to lower the costs of the nightly rate. Weather you're staying at the White Lodge or at the Airbnb, you will have full access to the hotel and all its amenities! We want everyone to feel like this is their home for the weekend. We will send you a link to reserve your room soon!
