We’re getting married!

Crazy what a super like on a dating website can turn into…It all began in October of 2020, when we connected on Tinder. After exchanging numbers, we talked late into the night while Clayton was at a bonfire, just getting to know each other and not realizing we have just met our person. Our first date was on October 18th, 2020—a day filled with excitement and anticipation. We decided to go bowling at Main Event, and from the moment we met, it was like we’d known each other forever. We laughed, we joked, and the chemistry was undeniable. We were just two peas in a pod, it was like we had been best friends for years. From that day forward, we became inseparable. Our love and loyalty for one another have only grown stronger with each passing year. 4 1/2 years later, we took a spontaneous trip up to Flagstaff for a little getaway, not knowing it would turn into the most memorable weekend of our lives. Saturday January 4th, 2025, we were getting ready for a dinner reservation that Clayton had planned, he called me out to the balcony to “check out how cool it is”. We shared a heartfelt conversation about how much we loved each other and the life we have built together—how we couldn’t imagine life without one another. After a brief pause, Clayton sighed and said, “I was going to wait until the restaurant,” to which I responded, “What…? What are you talking about?” As I was turning towards him, Clayton got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. And of course, I said YES! We are so excited to begin this next chapter of our journey together, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you all!
