FAQs

Question

What's included in my all-inclusive package?

Answer

All meals, snacks, and beverages, including 24-hour on-call room service and restaurants at the sister resorts. *There are, however, a couple of fine dining restaurants with an extra charge ($30/person) such as Quivira Steakhouse.

Question

Can we swim on the beach at Sunset or Pacifica?

Answer

Although the pristine shoreline in front of Sunset Beach and Pacifica is perfect for sunbathing, swimming is not allowed due to the exceptionally strong current along the coastline. Both resorts, however, have multiple pools with service and swim-up bars. Feel free to take a free shuttle to one of the downtown sister resorts (Rosé and Blanco) for an on-site swimmable beach.

Question

Is the "wedding rate" only valid for the weekend of the wedding?

Answer

The group rate for our wedding is valid 5 day before and 5 days after the actual wedding.

Question

What is the deadline to book with the wedding rate?

Answer

Feb 8th, 2020

Question

What is the cancellation policy for the resort if I book using the group code?

Answer

Guest room cancellations made up to 21 days prior to the guest's arrival will be fully refunded. Guest room cancellations made sooner than 21 days prior to the original arrival date will be charged 1 night of the confirmed stay at the group rate.

Question

I've heard it's bad to drink the water in Mexico. Should I avoid drinking the water at Pueblo Bonito Resorts?

Answer

Each of the hotels is equipped with a state-of-the-art water filtration and purification system. So it is absolutely safe to drink the tap water or use it to brush your teeth.
