When and where is the ceremony?

The Ceremony will be at St. Mark's Coptic Orthodox Church in Jersey City The ceremony will be starting at 8:00 am with Matins. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and participation in the full ceremony as your presence will add to the meaning of the day.

Do I need to stay for the Liturgy after the Wedding Ceremony?

Answer

The Sacraments of the Church are a handed grace from the Lord. In being joined by Christ through the Sacrament of Matrimony, we will all also receive the Holy Eucharist together to remember we are all one in Christ.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we wish we could include everyone, we kindly ask that attendance be limited to the guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is black tie. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear tuxedos, and ladies to wear formal evening gowns.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be limited to those on the invitation. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a special evening for everyone.
