What is the dress code?

Answer

Somewhat formal - but not *too* formal - garden party vibes. Jackets and ties for guys - don't worry, you can take them off at some point. The venue is outdoors, so please dress accordingly for the weather and walking in grass.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. You may begin arriving at 4pm. Please note, gates will NOT be open before 4pm.

We love your little ones, but our wedding is an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a fun night out with us!

Will there be a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block reserved for our guests. You can book your stay using the following link: https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/panizzipotterweddingjuly2025/ Our group code is PPW and guests can call 412-329-1400 to book their reservation. Please refer to the group code to receive the special rate. We recommend booking early to secure your spot!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, parking is available onsite.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be shuttles to and from the DoubleTree Hotel where our hotel block is. Shuttles will leave from the hotel before the ceremony and will return guests to the hotel after our reception. The shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 3:45pm for the ceremony. There will be two shuttle runs back to the hotel after the reception: 9pm and 10:00.

What if I have a dietary need or restriction?

When you RSVP, you will have the chance to make us aware of any dietary restrictions.

What if it rains?

Answer

There will be no change to our plans, rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, the venue provides umbrellas, but please feel free to prepare for the weather as you see fit.
