Various Breweries
Asheville is home to some awesome local and even national breweries. We recommend Wicked Weed Brewery, New Belgium Brewing Company, Sierra Nevada, and Burial Brewing. There are also brewery tours to get a broader taste of the 55 local breweries the city has to offer!
Restaurants
Asheville has an incredible food scene. A few recommendations: Curate, Cucina 24, Posana, Limones, La Bodega by Curate, Chai Pani, Cultura, Ukiah Japanese, Little Pig’s BBQ (causal)
River Arts District
If you’re an art lover, Asheville is the place for you. The River Arts District (or RAD) is home to over 200 working artists in a variety of mediums. Update: sadly Hurricane Helene did a number on this district and area as far as damage. There are still some great studios that have managed to open again, support local artists if you can make the trip!
Outdoor Activities
Enjoy outdoors exploration with whitewater rafting, zip line canopy tours or Jeep tours in the Great Smoky Mountains.

Although this is the venue for our big day, there’s still a lot to explore. Grab a drink at the upper patio overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains. Relax at the Spa our take a swing at their golf course.
