Our ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, with cocktails and dinner to follow indoors.
Yes. Patio heaters will warm the terrace as guests arrive before the ceremony. While heaters won't be in use during the ceremony itself, we've arranged complimentary coat check and warm beverages to keep everyone comfortable. We do recommend bringing a warm coat, as January weather in Michigan can be quite unpredictable.
Yes! A complimentary shuttle service will be available to and from our host hotel for guests’ convenience. Shuttle schedule and pickup details will be shared closer to the wedding date, so please check back for updates.
Yes, complimentary parking is available at Shepherd's Hollow. We'll also provide a complimentary golf cart shuttle service to transport guests from the parking lot directly to the venue entrance.
We're so glad you asked! While we absolutely adore your little ones, we've decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate this special day with you!

Yes! The celebration doesn’t have to end when the reception does! Join us afterward at the hotel bar at approximately 10:30pm to continue the festivities. We’d love to spend a little more time celebrating with everyone before calling it a night. The bar will remain open late for our guests and will operate as a cash bar.
