Like ships passing in the night our lives overlapped in strange, subtle ways in New York City...for over a year we worked in the same bakery just on opposite schedules, hung out with the same people just never at the same time, Phoebe knew the street cat (Lenox...you queen) Mikey ended up taking in - basically 0 degrees of separation and yet we simply never crossed paths.
Several years passed until, alas, in the fall of 2014, things aligned in that very same mighty, little bakery in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. From months long backpacking trips through Europe and the UK, to San Francisco, up and down the coast, and back to New York, we've been partners in life ever since.
Cheers to the places we've gone and the places we'll go.
Where it all started...theoretically 3 years after it all could've began.
Working on a horse farm and defunct b&b (the day prior it was struck by lightning) for two months building corrals, a bakery cafe, and ended with a pony named Fibi.
That arm is not either of ours'.
