FAQs

Travel & Wedding Weekend FAQs
Question

Why is the RSVP deadline so early?

Answer

We know it may seem a little early! We're asking for RSVPs ahead of time so we can finalize our plans, stay within our venue's guest capacity, and make any necessary adjustments to our guest list. Getting an accurate headcount as soon as possible helps everything come together smoothly. If you need a little extra time to RSVP, that's absolutely okay! Just reach out to Morgan or Michael!

Question

Can I bring additional friends or family to the resort?

Answer

Absolutely! We hope you'll make the most of your trip and enjoy a wonderful vacation while you're there. If you'd like to bring additional friends or family to stay at the resort, they are more than welcome to join you for the vacation. However, we kindly ask that only those specifically listed on your wedding invitation attend our wedding events, including the welcome party, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Due to venue capacity and planning considerations, we are unable to accommodate additional guests at the wedding festivities. Thank you for understanding and helping us celebrate with the people we've invited.

Question

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

The Cancun Airport (CUN) is the best airport to fly into to conveniently reach the resort.

Question

What dates will Morgan and Michael be at the Resort?

Answer

Michael and Morgan will be arriving on January 27th and leaving on February 3rd.

Question

Is there a dress code for the welcome party and wedding day?

Answer

Dress Code: Colorful Cocktail Attire 🌺 We're partying in paradise, so let's bring the color! We'd love for our guests to embrace bright, colorful cocktail attire—think vibrant dresses, fun prints, bold ties, colorful suits or sport coats, and outfits that match the festive spirit of the day. This is still a cocktail attire event, so while we encourage fun and personality, we're keeping it polished. Please leave the jeans, shorts, T-shirts, flip-flops, and other casual attire at home.

Question

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Answer

Yes! The resort is all-inclusive, so your stay includes accommodations, meals, snacks, beverages (including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks), and access to many of the resort's amenities and activities. Once you arrive, you can relax, unwind, and enjoy everything the resort has to offer. We hope you'll make the most of your stay and turn our wedding weekend into a memorable vacation!

Question

I can't make it to Mexico. Will there be a celebration back home?

Answer

Yes! While we would love to celebrate with everyone in Mexico, we understand that traveling isn't possible for all of our family and friends. We'll be hosting a celebration back home after the wedding, and we'd love for you to join us there! More details, including the date and location, will be shared after the wedding. We appreciate your love and support and look forward to celebrating with you, whether it's in Mexico or stateside!
