CARNIVAL RADIANCE - EMBARK PROCEDURE & REMINDERS FOR WEDDING GUESTS

Boarding: Please choose earliest boarding option - 9am is not an option but EVERYONE STILL NEEDS TO BE AT THE SHIP BY OR BEFORE 9AM. Guests: Priority boarding is provided for bridal couples and their guests. All guests to be at the Pier at 9:00 a.m. for the check-in process so once cleared, we will priority board before all other cruising passengers. Guests who do not arrive at the time we board will have to make their own way on the ship. ALL GUEST ARE TO BE DRESSED FOR THE WEDDING WHEN ARRIVING Non-Sailing Guests: Need to provide your state issued photo ID at the time of check in. You will leave your ID with Security in the terminal and be given a guest pass to board the ship. All non-sailing guests must debark the ship immediately after the reception. When leaving the ship, you will need to redeem your ID in the ship’s terminal. Sailing Guests: One carry-on bag will be allowed for sailing guests and must fit through the security machine. Luggage no larger than 24”w x 16”h. All other bags must be checked with the Porters. Please ensure that you have everything you need for the wedding and reception, as you will not see your checked bags until after the reception. All ticket documents must be completed prior to arrival at the pier to expedite check-in and have proper boarding documents available. If you get lost, any Carnival Cruise Lines staff member can assist. Required Travel Documents: Valid U.S. Passport Passport Card Original or legible copy of Birth Certificate Certificate of Naturalization Enhanced Driver's License Trusted Traveler Program Membership Card A Consular Report of Birth Abroad Copies will NOT be allowed: US Passports Naturalization Papers Originals/copies will NOT be allowed: Baptismal Certificates Hospital issued "Certificate of Birth Gifts: Due to security wrapped gifts are not allowed, if you wish to give a gift to the couple during the wedding reception we suggest envelopes.
