The invisible string theory. It's similar to that of a soulmate, but follows the idea that you are attached to a person via a metaphorical string, forming an invisible connection even before you’ve met. Our high school lockers were right above one another, but we never conversed and quickly just saw each other in passing. Eventually, through a mutual friend's birthday party, we spoke for the first time and the rest was history. From then on, we were truly inseparable. People often say "when you know, you know" and the feeling we had was exactly that. After graduating high school together, we both decided to pursue nursing and what are the odds... we got into the same nursing program. San Francisco State University says that they receive over 1,000 applicants and only about 30 people get in. The universe clearly wanted us together! We then both graduated Summa Cum Laude and received our BSN, RN license to begin our careers as nurses. We've been extremely blessed with an incredible shared life with one another. We've traveled to the Philippines, Fiji, London, Amsterdam, France, Italy, Switzerland, and Hawaii - experiencing different cultures, trying new food, and broadening our perspectives on life together. More recently, we've bought our first house and are now taking the next steps as husband and wife. The journey we've been on feels unreal most of the time because of how great of a life we were able to create together. We know we have so many people in our corner rooting for us and we wouldn't be where we are today without any of you. The day we picked to say "I do" is on a Monday, since it is also our 11th year dating anniversary. May 4th, 2026. We can't wait to have all of our favorite people in a room together to celebrate our ever growing love story. Hope to see you soon! With love, Coco & Mike
